Breakfast Parfait

1/3 c Plain (NOT vanilla) 0% fat greek yogurt
1 TBS thin sliced banana
2 TBS no sugar added frozen berries
2 TBS Special K Protein Plus

In a small serving bowl, scoop the cereal so that it sits at the bottom of the bowl.
Add greek yogurt to the top of the cereal
Place frozen berries around the rim of the bowl, where the yogurt meets the sides
Top with banana slices
Let sit in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Serve & Enjoy!
TIP:Before eating, mix the parfait. Because the berries were frozen and then put in the fridge, they essentially "melt" a little, and the natural juices are pulled out into the yogurt. It gives the plain yogurt a touch of added sweetness without the added sugar! :)
