As many of you know, I run an instagram account under the username "fit4aprincess." In spring of 2012, I began to post pictures of my progress, food, and workout plans. By some great miracle, people began to follow and my page was influencing others to get fit. I can honestly tell you that I have never been as honored as I was the first time I received a comment telling me that I had inspired someone to attempt a healthier lifestyle. To make a different through simple iPhone snapshots was an amazing feeling, and to the day I love that I have the power to help others better their lives. Almost every day I am asked what my diet & exercise plans are. Even though I post food and progress, many people still wonder what my general guidelines are. So, I decided to create these little pages and explain what my lifestyle is all about & how it works. It is important to note that I am NOT a professional, I am just an 18 year old girl who picked up this lifestyle and made it into her passion. However, though I am not professional, I would not post something that I haven't researched and confirmed from multiple sources. I have been educating myself through experience, web data, book sources, and even reached out to a few pros in the fields of health & fitness.
