Basic Protein Pancakes


1 Tablespoon water
2 egg whites
One Scoop Vanilla/Plain Whey
3 Tablespoons Dry, Plain Oatmeal
Add Ingredients into a bowl or blender. Mix or Pulse until well blended.
Set skillet on stove to a medium flame setting, spray hot pan with cooking spray.
Pour batter into skillet, after cooking one side for ~30-45s, flip and wait another 30s.


Serve with your favorite low sugar/clean toppings!

Makes 2-3 7in pancakes

fat free reddi whip
plain greek yogurt with truvia
warm apple slices
sugar free pancake syrup
blueberries
cinnamon
